Key Responsibilities:
• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents
• Supervise and guide nursing and support staff
• Lead shift report discussions for cohesive team understanding
• Document and monitor residents’ health changes
• Expedite physician orders in compliance with regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
• Experience in long-term or geriatric care essential
• Knowledge of relevant health care regulations
• Registration with the provincial nursing body
• Excellent interpersonal communications skills
