RN​/RPN Palliative Care Nursing Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client assessments and care planning

• Evaluate care plans through continuous reassessment

Requirements:

• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Experience with wound care or venipuncture preferred

• Effective communication skills for client interaction

• Punctuality and reliable attendance required

• Valid Ontario driver’s license and vehicle access
