The successful candidate will report to the Manager of 2 North Medicine. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and implementing nursing care for a multidisciplinary family-centered patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and implement individualized patient care plans

• Provide general medicine care in a multidisciplinary setting

Requirements:

• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• One year of current medical/surgical experience

•

B.Sc.N. preferred, CPR accreditation required

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
