We are looking for a dedicated Registered Practical Nurse to join our Lakeridge Gardens team. You will work in a state-of-the-art long-term care home, contributing to innovative care strategies while engaging with residents and their families.

Your role will involve assessing care needs, facilitating therapy programs, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents

• Collaborate on care plan development with the team

• Communicate updates to residents’ families

• Participate in resident discharge planning

• Administer medications, including injections

Requirements:

• Current Certificate of Registration in Ontario

• Preferred experience in long-term care or geriatrics

• Strong time management and customer focus skills

• Criminal Investigation Reference must be recent
