Your keen observational skills will help manage medical emergencies and changes in patient conditions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with residents and families to develop personalized care plans

• Implement and review care strategies for effectiveness and needs

• Ensure safe medication administration and regulatory compliance

• Attend care conferences and assist during resident transitions

• Address resident and family concerns promptly and effectively

Requirements:

• Active registration as a Registered Practical Nurse

• Previous experience with seniors and unregulated care providers

• Excellent time management and communication skills

• Current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support

• Competence in Microsoft Office and healthcare documentation
