As a crucial member of our healthcare team, you will be tasked with evaluating and implementing patient care in a multidisciplinary setting. Your responsibilities will include personal care, vital signs monitoring, and medication administration. Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and document nursing care provided
• Monitor and manage IV medications and therapies
• Conduct thorough physical assessments and vital checks
• Educate patients and families about care plans
• Collaborate with staff to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
• Active certification from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Minimum 1 year experience in related healthcare settings
• Current CPR and BCLS certification required
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Neurology or Palliative Care preferred
