Position: Quality Manager at Safran Landing Systems
Elevate product standards as a Program Quality Manager with Safran Landing Systems. Drive compliance, improve quality metrics, and manage customer audits in the aerospace sector.

As a Program Quality Manager, you will ensure adherence to quality requirements and lead quality engineers in implementing the Program Quality Plan. This role focuses on reducing quality escapes and enhancing compliance with Quality Management System processes. A keen understanding of aerospace regulatory requirements and quality tools will ensure the success of your initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer quality requirements and product audits

• Reduce quality escapes and oversee corrective action processes

• Develop and maintain Quality Performance Metrics

• Facilitate Gate and Program Reviews with stakeholders

• Support organizational compliance and procedural development

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in aerospace manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of FMEA, CAR, and Lean Six Sigma

• Mechanical engineering or business background preferred

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to coach and lead quality engineers
