Facilitate a premier cannabis retail experience as a Retail Experience Lead rsee operations, team management, and extraordinary customer service in a fast-paced setting.
As a Retail Experience Lead, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the store, including supervision, customer interaction, and product management. Enhancing the customer journey through your leadership and training of staff will be core to your success. You’ll ensure compliance and help foster a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage opening and closing store operations
• Provide exemplary service to customers in-store
• Supervise and train team members effectively
• Ensure high standards of compliance and service
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in a retail environment
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong proficiency in customer service and conflict resolution
• Familiarity with cash handling practices
• Necessary Provincial Cannabis Certification
