Serve No Frills shoppers through accurate scanning, stocked shelves, and responsive customer service while supporting a positive in-store experience.
As a Store Team Member, you will keep products available and help customers through courteous conversations and product knowledge. You will maintain displays, support ordering, set up promotions, and keep department areas neat. Training is provided, and previous experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities:- Stock shelves and respond to customer needs
- Maintain displays and shelves to company standards
- Scan products accurately and identify inventory needs
- Assist with ordering and set up promotions
- Maintain neat areas and health and safety standards
- No previous experience required; training is provided
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Resourceful, courteous approach to customer questions
- Flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to move up to 50 pounds throughout shifts
