Deliver prompt postal customer service at Shoppers Drug Mart while using strong computer and register skills at the checkout. Keep every transaction accurate and welcoming.
As a Post Office Clerk, you will support a retail postal outlet within a locally owned Shoppers Drug Mart store. The work centers on customer service, checkout organization, product data entry, and accurate cash, coupon, lottery, and PC Optimum accounting. You will also maintain designated merchandising areas and follow store standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent service and positively engage customers
- Maintain a neat, organized checkout area
- Scan or enter product data accurately
- Account for cash, lottery, stamps, coupons, and PC Optimum
- Complete receipt and return documentation
- Strong computer and register skills
- Well organized with accurate record keeping
