Become the backbone of security at Casino Ajax as Dual Surveillance Supervisor. Lead surveillance operations and uphold the safety of guests and assets in a high-pressure setting.

This Full-Time position involves actively supervising the surveillance team and monitoring gaming operations to ensure compliance and integrity. Successful candidates bring strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail, contributing to a secure environment for patrons and staff alike.

Your role also includes training new operators and interacting positively with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily tasks of surveillance operators

• Monitor gaming facilities and report unauthorized activities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards

• Enter information into logs and track reports

• Perform preventative maintenance on surveillance equipment

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma, preference for law or criminology studies

• At least one year in surveillance/security and supervisory role

• Strong organizational and observational skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Capability to acquire necessary gaming license
