As a Full-time Supervisor, you will oversee the daily functions of Surveillance Operators, ensuring high standards in casino security and operations. You will utilize your analytical and communication skills to monitor activities, investigate incidents, and maintain accurate logs. Your proactive approach will be pivotal in upholding the casino's integrity and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee surveillance operations and manage team performance

• Document and report any irregular activities or violations

• Facilitate training for new team members in surveillance

• Maintain equipment and ensure proper facility conditions

• Assist management with projects as needed

Requirements:

• Secondary diploma, preference for Law or Criminology graduates

• At least 1 year experience in surveillance or security roles

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and Access

• Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and holidays
