Transfer Driver

Transfer Driver Primary Responsibilities- Fill in receipt and intake paperwork electronically.
- Transport U‑Haul equipment between U‑Haul centers, dealerships and the repair shop.
- Perform visual inspections of equipment.
- Maintain a driver log.
- Assist in additional areas as directed by supervisor.
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Able to use mobile transfer programs.
- DOT certification if required (can be sponsored by U‑Haul).

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts, machines, fumes, or chemicals. Protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields may be required.
Physical DemandsThe job requires some physical exertion, including long periods indoors and outdoors while remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs. (assisted or unassisted).
Pay Range
: $17.60 – $19.60 hourly.
