As a DC Associate Driver, your role is pivotal in maintaining product flow and garment care within H&M's logistics network. You will be responsible for unloading, sorting, and processing garments while ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Your strong communication skills and adaptability will contribute to our efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Unload and sort garments from containers
• Pick and pack products accurately for customers
• Process returns and issue correct refunds
• Follow sustainability initiatives and operational routines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the DC environment
Requirements:
• Certification to drive machinery within H&M
• Understanding of inbound/outbound operations
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Strong communication and attention to detail
