Position: Loblaw Warehouse Supervisor Role
Loblaw is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead and ensure productivity at our distribution center. This full-time role focuses on safety, leadership, and efficient operations.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will coordinate daily activities and supervise associates under the Lead Supervisor. Your responsibilities will include planning shipping and receiving tasks, managing team performance, and ensuring compliance with safety and inventory protocols. Build a culture of teamwork and communication while resolving operational issues as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead shift workforce for optimal productivity

• Plan assembly and shipping activities efficiently

• Ensure accurate handling of products and materials

• Train and support team members on best practices

• Maintain security and safety protocols in the distribution centre

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems

• Flexibility for rotating shifts, including weekends

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
