On Site Coordinator

Shift: Must be flexible and comfortable working both AM and PM shifts.

We are seeking a motivated and organized On-Site Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse operations and support employees at the client site. This entry-level management role requires strong leadership, communication, administrative, and organizational skills.

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure productivity targets are met.
• Lead, coach, and support warehouse associates.
• Monitor workflow, staffing, attendance, and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety standards.
• Prepare reports, track KPIs, and communicate operational updates to management.
• Handle administrative tasks related to site operations and employee management.
• Use Microsoft Office applications for reporting, documentation, and communication.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the client, warehouse employees, and internal management.

• Previous experience in supervision, warehouse operations, retail, logistics, customer service, or administration is an asset.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience with KPI tracking and performance reporting is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Comfortable using email and sending documents electronically.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work both morning and afternoon/evening shifts as required.
