We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Ajman. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing accounting functions, including preparing financial statements, reconciliation of accounts and analysis of financial data. The ideal candidate should have a good knowledge of accounting principles and practices and be able to work with minimal supervision.

• Prepare financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies
• Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of data
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports on trends, costs and profit margins
• Compile budgets and monitor spending to ensure alignment with budgeted targets
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing accounting practices
• Monitor payroll procedures to ensure accuracy of calculations
• Provide support in the preparation of tax returns, audits and other regulatory activities
• Ensure timely payments of invoices and other bills
• Liaise with external auditors as required

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in accounting or similar role
• Proven track record in delivering accurate results on time
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, practices & procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good organizational skills & attention to detail
