Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage daily accounting operations for our furniture business. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, experience in UAE accounting practices, and mandatory hands‑on experience with ZOHO Books and related ZOHO applications.
Location: Ajman, UAE
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, expenses, receivables, and payables.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery‑related documentation.
- Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
- Prepare VAT reports and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
- Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and management teams for financial documentation.
- Generate monthly financial reports, profit‑loss statements, and management reports.
- Maintain supplier accounts and payment schedules.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of all accounting records.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience in UAE.
- Mandatory experience with ZOHO Books and ZOHO accounting systems.
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting procedures.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Experience in furniture, retail, or interior‑related industry will be an advantage.
- Experience handling inventory and purchase accounting.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and cash flow management.
- Candidates available in UAE preferred.
- Immediate joiners will have an advantage.
