Junior Accountant

Ktronix Electronic And Devices, part of the KNX Group of Companies, is seeking a dedicated and detail-focused Junior Accountant to join its growing team in Ajman. The selected candidate will play an important role in supporting daily financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with accounting processes. The role offers valuable exposure to various accounting functions while working alongside experienced professionals.

• Assist with day-to-day accounting activities and financial transactions
• Maintain accurate financial records, reports, and supporting documentation
• Process invoices, payments, and account reconciliations
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Assist with payroll-related tasks and administrative documentation
• Ensure records are organized and updated in accordance with company procedures

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet management
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes
• Strong knowledge of payroll support and documentation procedures
• Familiarity with UAE accounting practices will be considered an advantage
