Senior Accountant

Mulki Influx is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join its team in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. This opportunity is ideal for finance professionals with a strong background in the real estate sector and a solid understanding of financial reporting and accounting operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting activities, managing month-end and year-end closing processes, handling project accounting functions, supporting budgeting activities, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

• Prepare and manage accurate financial reports and statements.
• Handle month-end and year-end book closure processes.
• Oversee project accounting and related financial activities.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor financial records and maintain accounting accuracy.
• Support management with financial analysis and reporting.

• Semi-Qualified CA / ACCA.
• Strong background in the real estate industry.
• Experience in financial reporting and accounting operations.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and project accounting.
• Ability to manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Financial reporting and accounting principles.
  • Project accounting and budgeting processes.
  • Regulatory compliance and accounting standards.
