Manager Accounting

We are seeking a talented and experienced Manager Accounting who will supporting one of our subsidiaries. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. This is also to support the strategic financial planning, reporting, and risk management, contributing to EtihadWE financial health and operational efficiency.

• Support in preparation of financial statements and book keepings.
• Support in timely and accurate financial reporting internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and file tax returns ensuring adherence to deadlines and regulations.
• Supervise daily accounting operations particularly ledger functions.
• Implement internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
• Prepare documentation for audits and regulatory examinations.
• Assist in annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Analyze budget vs actual variances and provide recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Stay updated on accounting and tax law changes.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Related field. Master's degree or CPA preferred.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication and leadership skills.
