• Lead and execute internal audits across financial, operational, and compliance areas.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Develop and implement audit plans aligned with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process enhancement.
• Present audit findings and actionable recommendations to the Head of Internal Audit.
• Support the development and execution of the annual Internal Audit plan.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Mentor and guide audit team members while promoting continuous learning and best practices.
• Drive operational excellence, innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Internal Audit function.

• Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CIA or CPA
    .
  • 7–8 years of experience in Internal Audit and Risk Management (for Bachelor's degree holders).
  • Strong analytical, investigative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Preferred:
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
