  • Entity 2 (Tally Prime): UAQ‑based food manufacturing plant producing powdered beverages (Tang‑type) using Bill of Materials (BOM) (90% export to Africa).
  • Entity 3 (Tally Prime): UAE commercial distribution entity handling local sales (10%) and domestic customer invoicing.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cash, Bank & Working Capital Management
  • Manage daily petty cash disbursements, physical voucher verification, and monthly cash box reconciliations.
  • Process bank transactions, perform monthly bank reconciliations across all accounts, and track daily bank movements.
  • Assist the Finance Manager in preparing weekly Cash Flow projections and tracking liquidity requirements.
2. Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Issue customer sales invoices, track collections, and send monthly Statements of Accounts (SOAs) to customers.
  • Follow up on overdue customer receivables to ensure timely collection and ledger matching.
  • Process vendor invoices, manage supplier ledgers, and execute scheduled supplier payment runs.
3. Tax & Regulatory Compliance (UAE)
  • Prepare quarterly UAE VAT (Form VAT
    201) return documentation across Mainland and Free Zone companies for review by the Finance Manager.
  • Maintain tax records and supporting schedules for Corporate Tax (CT) and Excise Tax compliance where applicable.
  • Ensure all sales and purchase invoices meet FTA statutory criteria.
4. Inventory & Operational Bookkeeping
  • Post daily vouchers accurately in Quick Books Online and Tally Prime.
  • Record production vouchers, Bill of Materials (BOM) issuances, and finished goods entries for the factory.
  • Participate in periodic physical stock counts and reconcile system balances against physical inventory.
5. Month-End Closing & Finalization Support
  • Record month‑end journal entries, prepayments, accruals, and ledger adjustments.
  • Assist the Finance Manager in reconciling all ledgers for finalization of month‑end closing accounts and Trial Balance.
6. Coordination & Ad Hoc Support
  • Liaise with the sales, procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to resolve ad hoc queries on invoices, deliveries, stock movements, and supplier documentation.
  • Provide supporting schedules, ledger extracts, and transaction backups requested by the Finance Manager, auditors, or management.
Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

2–3 years of accounting experience in the UAE, preferably in trading, manufacturing, or distribution.
  • Tax Knowledge: Working exposure to UAE VAT return preparation, with basic awareness of Corporate Tax and Excise Tax requirements.
