Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations allowing for informed decision-making
- Conduct detailed account reconciliations and variance analyses to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures promptly
- Manage the month-end closing process ensuring adherence to timelines and accuracy of entries to maintain financial integrity
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts using historical data to support strategic financial planning and business growth
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus for advanced understanding.
- CPA certification is highly preferred, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and professional standards.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in a corporate or public accounting environment.
- Experience in industry-specific accounting practices, such as manufacturing or healthcare, is advantageous.
