A reputable Canadian company in Ajman is urgently seeking an experienced and qualified Accountant to join their team.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in accounting preferably with a Canadian company.
Fluency in English is not required for this position but knowledge of French would be an asset.
Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain financial records for the company
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable
- Conduct account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Handle tax filings and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data is accurate and complete
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Accountant preferably with a Canadian company
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Quick Books or Sage
50 - Excellent attention to detail and numerical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Previous experience working in the UAE is preferred
Salary The salary for this position is 1700$ per month along with accommodation provided by the company
