Accountant, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections, Financial Reporting

  - Maintain daily accounting transactions and general ledger
• 2-Record sales purchases expenses receipts and payments

  - Prepare journal entries and maintain supporting documentation
• 4-Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
• 5-Perform monthly closing activities

• 1-Process supplier invoices and payment vouchers start
• 2 Monitor customer outstanding balances and collections Reconcile supplier and customer statements Follow up on overdue receivables and payment schedules

• 1-Prepare monthly bank reconciliations start
• 2 Monitor cash and bank balances Maintain petty cash records Track cash flow and payment commitments

  - Assist in VAT and Corporate Tax calculations and filings
• 2
  - Maintain tax records and supporting documents
• 3-Assist with withholding tax reconciliations
• 4
  - Support statutory and tax audits

• Prepare monthly trial balances
• 1-Assist in preparing profit and loss statements and balance sheets
• 2
  - Prepare expense analysis and accounting schedules
• 3-Support monthly management reporting

• 1
  - Maintain proper accounting records and filing systems
• 2
  - Ensure compliance with company financial policies
• 3
  - Verify invoices purchase orders and payment approvals
• 4
  - Identify discrepancies and report unusual transactions

1-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.

Knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles.

Working knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.

Proficiency in Tally, SAP, Oracle or other ERP systems.

Good command of Microsoft Excel.

Strong numerical, and analytical skills
