Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus

- Proficient with computers and office applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven organizational and problem solving skills
Job Description:
The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff. This includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments, filing documents, answering phones, preparing correspondence, ordering office supplies, and other clerical duties as needed. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills and be able to maintain confidentiality on sensitive matters. Furthermore, they must be able to multitask efficiently while remaining professional at all times.
Salary: 1300 AED/month
