This is a full-time, on-site role for a Receptionist, located in Sharjah. The Receptionist will manage day-to-day front desk operations, such as greeting and assisting visitors, handling incoming calls, and ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Additional responsibilities include managing appointments, maintaining records, and supporting administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations
Skills- Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills
- Proficiency in performing Receptionist Duties, including welcoming visitors
- Strong Clerical Skills, such as maintaining records and managing office supplies
- Experience in providing professional and courteous Customer Service
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or customer service are an advantage
