JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for an experienced Admin Executive to manage and support daily office administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, experience in handling office documentation, and the ability to coordinate with staff and management in the UAE work environment.
Responsibilities- Manage daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations
- Maintain office documents, records, and filing systems
- Handle emails, phone calls, and office correspondence

- Assist in preparing reports and administrative documents
- Min. 8 years of UAE Experience in Administration
- Must be currently available in the UAE
