We are inviting applications from experienced School Administration Officers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior UAE school experience and a strong understanding of school administrative operations. The role requires effective coordination with school leadership, staff, parents, and external authorities while ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functioning of the school.
Key Expectations- Handling school administrative processes and documentation
- Coordination with HR, Finance, and Academic teams
- Managing student and staff records in compliance with UAE regulations
- Supporting admissions, front office, and parent communication
- Ensuring adherence to school policies and KHDA/MOHRE requirements
- Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills
Candidates with a proactive attitude, problem‑solving ability, and the capacity to work in a fast‑paced school environment will be preferred.
