Overview

Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Ajman.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain records.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong time-management abilities.
  • Experience managing administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Knowledge of biometric passports (preferred).
Compensation

Salary: $1,200 per month.
