Senior Government Procurement Executive

Talents Tide is hiring on behalf of a government client in the UAE.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Government Procurement Executive to support government procurement, supplier management, framework agreements, and procurement governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop supplier registration and classification processes.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Support government procurement policies, procedures and best practices.
• Manage framework agreements and procurement initiatives focused on efficiency and savings.
• Prepare procurement reports, KPIs and recommendations for senior management.
• Coordinate with government entities, suppliers and relevant stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and support to procurement teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field
  .
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in procurement, supplier management, contracts or a related function.
• Government or large institutional procurement experience is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.
