Construction Manager

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Ajman. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and ensuring quality control of the work being done.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans and timelines
• Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Oversee subcontractors and other construction workers
• Review and approve designs, materials, and equipment used in construction
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety compliance
• Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and other team members to provide updates on project progress
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations in Ajman
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Effective communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Indian nationality preferred
