Site Supervisor (Fit-out) – Ajman, UAE. Avance World is a growing company seeking a full-time, detail-oriented professional to oversee on-site building projects and report progress to the Interior Fit-out team. The role offers long-term employment with opportunities for growth.

• Supervise the progression of all construction tasks on-site, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security laws and site safety procedures.
• Translate building strategies and construction plans for on-site teams.
• Conduct on-site assessments to identify and mitigate safety risks.
• Maintain accurate attendance records for construction site workers.
• Evaluate day-to-day construction work and recommend improvements.
• Ensure emergency tools and equipment are in place and functional.
• Guarantee project completion based on the established timeline.
• Communicate progress reports to the Construction Task Manager.
• Attend on-site meetings or events as required.

• Minimum 3 years of construction or site supervision experience.
• Masters or Diploma in a relevant field.
• Civil Engineering or Draughtsman background preferred.
• Computer literacy and ability to use related software.
