Overview
Construction Manager vacancy in Ajman UAE. We are hiring a Construction Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry, a strong understanding of project management principles, and the ability to lead a team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$.
Responsibilities- Create and manage project budgets
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Provide progress reports to upper management
- Lead project teams and manage construction activities on site
- Experience in the construction industry with a strong understanding of project management principles
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure
- Willingness to work in Ajman, UAE; preference historically noted for Malayalee candidates with own visa
