Construction Manager

As a Construction Manager in our company, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in Ajman. We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled individual who can effectively lead and coordinate all aspects of construction, from planning to completion. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
• Review and approve project plans, designs, and contracts
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor progress of construction projects and implement necessary changes to ensure on-time delivery
• Manage and supervise construction teams on site
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the construction process
• Prepare reports on project progress for upper management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or related role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Excellent project management skills
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
• Experience working with budgets and schedules
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills
