Site Engineer (Fit-out) vacancy in Ajman UAE
Site Engineer (Fit-out). Avance Globe is a fast growing indoor firm. We are in requirement of Carpenter for our Ajman location. This is a great opportunity for long-term employment with room to Grow as well as Excel! We are searching for a permanent, detail-oriented Site Manager to look after all our building tasks. You will be keeping an eye on on-site day-to-day activities and reporting the progress standing to the indoor Fit-out Tasks.
Must Have
- 1 Year UAE Experience
- Site Guidance Experience
- Capacity to comply with instructions by Designer and also work within a team
- Supervising the progression of all building activities
- Exceptional interaction skills
- High attention to information and organizational abilities
- Capability to trouble solve
- Ability to work under pressure and satisfy deadlines while preserving a favorable perspective and supplying excellent client solution
- Making certain all on-site employees abide by the health and wellness and also security guidelines
- Implementing industry best methods as well as safety procedures
Additional Responsibilities
- Doing first help throughout emergencies
- Translating building plans and construction blueprints
- Conducting site evaluations to guarantee it is complimentary from any security hazards
- Making sure the workers follow site safety treatments
- Taking care of any type of on-site mishaps with uttermost care and understanding
- Keeping a precise attendance report of all construction website employees
- Examining everyday building work and recommending any enhancement actions
- Ensuring all emergency equipment remain in place as well as in functioning order
- Making certain project completion according to the established timeline
- Communicating the progress record to the Building Job Manager
- Participating in any on-site conferences or events
Minimum Experience and Education
- 3 years strong work history
- Masters/ Diploma
- Sivil Eng./ Draughtsman
- Computer expertise
