Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily operations on construction sites ensuring adherence to safety regulations and project specifications
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services minimizing project delays
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to monitor progress and quality addressing any issues that arise promptly
- Maintain accurate records of work performed including daily reports and timesheets to track project progress and labor costs
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, showcasing a solid educational foundation.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in civil construction, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry practices.
- Certifications such as OSHA 30-Hour, First Aid/CPR, or PMP, reflecting a commitment to safety and project management.
- Experience in managing diverse teams, with the ability to motivate and lead personnel from various backgrounds.
