Construction Manager

We are currently hiring a skilled Construction Manager for our construction project in Ajman. As a Construction Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the project including budgeting, scheduling and ensuring quality standards are met.

• Plan and oversee construction project from start to finish.
• Develop project budget and ensure adherence to it.
• Create and manage construction schedule.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and other parties involved in the project.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify any issues or delays.
• Communicate progress updates to stakeholders regularly.
• Manage and mentor construction team members.
• Address any concerns or conflicts that may arise during the project.

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of construction processes, procedures and materials.
• Strong budgeting and scheduling skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Experience managing teams and resolving conflicts effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.

• Competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
