Construction Manager

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Ajman UAE.

• Develop project plans and schedules including resource allocation and budget management
• Oversee daily construction activities and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and vendors to ensure efficient workflow
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and safety standards
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks on all work performed
• Address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding project updates and changes
• Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
• Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
• Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
• Excellent communication skills in English;
  Arabic language is a plus

This is a full‑time position with a competitive salary of 1400 USD per month. We offer visa sponsorship for Pakistani nationals only. Accommodation will not be provided.
