Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed BOQs (Bills of Quantities) from drawings and specifications.
- Perform quantity take-offs for interior fit-out, including aluminum, glass, metal, and joinery works.
- Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions.
- Source quotations and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare material procurement schedules and monitor project costs.
- Evaluate variations, prepare claims, and manage change orders.
- Review shop drawings and specifications to ensure accurate quantities.
- Track project progress against budgets and prepare cost reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure cost-effective project execution.
- Should be very time efficient and systamized
