Land Surveyor - Ajman, UAE

We are a leading construction company in Ajman, UAE seeking a skilled and dedicated Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land and structures to determine their precise boundaries and locations.

Requirements:

• Indian nationality preferred
• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
• Proficient in the use of surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS receivers
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Familiarity with CAD software is a plus
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveys using equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and levels
• Collect data on land features, structures, boundaries, and other details using various methods (e.g. GPS, aerial photography)
• Analyze data to create maps, reports, and other documents for clients
• Verify the accuracy of survey data by comparing it to existing records or conducting additional surveys if needed
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on construction projects to ensure accuracy of surveying work
• Adhere to safety protocols while working on site

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time job open to both men and women. No English proficiency is required for this position.
