Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Ajman. As a construction project coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, able to multitask, and can effectively communicate with various stakeholders.

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the construction project, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Monitor the progress of construction projects and provide regular updates to management
• Review and approve project plans, specifications, and contracts
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
• Manage project budgets and track expenses
• Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to plans and resolve any issues that may arise
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in construction project coordination or management
• Familiarity with construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and contract management
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Attention to detail

• Egyptian nationality
• No English language requirement
• Experience working in the UAE
• Experience managing projects for women or in female-dominated industries
