Construction Manager in Ajman, UAE

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from conception to completion. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month and visa sponsorship for Egyptian nationals.

• Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of construction projects including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and requirements are met
• Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures on construction sites
• Prepare and present reports on project status and progress to upper management
• Develop cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, etc. for new construction projects

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, regulations, etc.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Fluent in English
• Experience working with Egyptian clients preferred
