Civil and Structural Engineer

Job Description:

We are a growing building contracting company committed to delivering quality construction projects across the region. We are looking for a reliable, hard-working, and skilled Engineer to join our on-site team.

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities and ensure work strictly follows structural plans and engineering specifications.

• Manage, coordinate, and oversee subcontractors, site workers, and equipment.

• Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain project schedules.

• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and local authorities to ensure smooth execution.

• Enforce strict safety standards and quality control protocols across all site operations.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in building contracting or civil construction.
• Certifications: Must hold a valid Society of Engineers (SOE) Card
  .
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to coordinate with clients and site teams.
• Character: Strong professional integrity, well-mannered, disciplined, and reliable teamwork skills.
• Lifestyle Preference: Non-smokers preferred due to health and safety standards on active sites.
