- Assist skilled tradespeople by supplying tools and materials, ensuring a seamless workflow on the construction site.
- Perform basic construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials, while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and hazardous materials, contributing to a safe working environment.
- Set up scaffolding and ladders as directed, ensuring stability and safety for all workers involved in elevated tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating foundational education relevant to the construction industry.
- Previous experience in a construction or labor-intensive role is preferred, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience.
- Possession of OSHA certification or willingness to obtain it, showing commitment to workplace safety standards.
- Ability to read basic construction plans and blueprints, facilitating better communication with skilled workers.
