Mason Supervisor

As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of skilled masons in the construction of buildings and structures. This role is based in Ajman, and preference may be given to Indian nationals with English language proficiency.

• Supervise and lead a team of masons, providing guidance and direction as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints or building plans to determine project requirements
• Ensure materials are ordered and delivered on time for construction projects
• Monitor progress of construction projects to ensure timelines are met
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on job sites
• Train new masons on techniques, tools, and safety procedures
• Collaborate with other supervisors and contractors to coordinate work schedules
• Perform quality control checks to ensure work meets standards and specifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Mason or similar role in construction
• Knowledge of various masonry techniques, materials, and tools
• Ability to read blueprints or building plans
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials
