Experienced Construction Manager in Ajman

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Ajman. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standards.

• Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project stays on track
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality
• Manage project budgets and financials
• Prepare reports for upper management on project status and progress

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Experience working on construction projects in Ajman
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication skills
• Biometric passport preferred

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month. Accommodation will be provided.
