Construction Project Manager

We are hiring a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in Ajman. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects within budget and on schedule. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate with architects and engineers to review project plans and specifications
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
• Hire contractors and subcontractors for various aspects of the project
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
• Resolve any issues that may arise during construction
• Conduct site visits to inspect work progress
• Manage project budget by tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including clients, contractors, and team members

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical information
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multitask
• Strong communication and leadership skills
