Indian Construction Manager in Ajman We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Construction Manager to join our team in Ajman. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all phases of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project deadlines are met
• Monitor progress and quality of work on construction sites
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
• Resolve any issues that arise during construction
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to plans and specifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with other benefits. Biometric passport is preferred but not required. Freshers with relevant education may also apply. English speaking skills are necessary for effective communication on site.
